Hi, all! 2018 is finally here. Now is the time to accomplish all of last year’s unaccomplished resolutions or to-do’s… like buy a house! Believe it or not, January is one of the best times of the year to make that huge leap and purchase a home, and I will tell you why!
1. The market begins to explode in March, and continues to explode through September when clients are looking at school districts and tax season has ended.
2. When sellers are putting their homes on the market during the Winter months, they are more inclined to negotiate the selling price and other terms.
3. It is most common for buyers to shop for houses during the Spring and Sumer months, so it may work in your favor to shop while others are not! This means it will be easier to find a home that you love, because the supply will be higher than the demand!

Quitting smoking means better health and more money
Reducing debt is easier if you see the fun in the challenge. Get your friends to join in with you and instead of night outs in Seattle try hosting nights in in your homes. There is no reason a night entertaining at home in Ballard can’t be as entertaining as a night out in Capitol Hill!
